Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:
- Personal care and beauty products (e.g. hair removal sprays, facial devices that have been used)
- Earphones/earbuds and other items that come into direct contact with skin, once opened
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product. We will offer a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at primehavencontact1@gmail.com or contact us via the website with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review and approve the return within 1–2 business days
- Once approved, you'll receive instructions for returning the item
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/incorrect items: Free return shipping (covered by Prime Haven)
- Change of mind / no longer needed: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (apni actual policy k mutabiq adjust kar lein).
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, color, or product instead of a refund, contact our support team — exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process instead.
